DOVER, Del.- Delaware State University wide receiver Milton Williams III (jr.; Washington, D.C.) has been named to the 2013 Heritage Sports Radio Network Division I/FCS Black College All-America Football Team.

Williams was tops in the MEAC in receptions (5.3 pg) and receiving yards (80.7 pg) this past season. He helped lead the Hornets to a 5-6 overall record and 5-3 mark in the conference during the 2013 season. Delaware State was tied for third in the final league standings.

This marks the second year in a row and third time in four seasons that a Hornet receiver has earned Black College All-America honors. DSU wideout Travis Tarpley was named to the 2013 Sheridan Broadcast Network All-America Team, while Justin Wilson was a 2010 Sheridan All-America selection.
