SALISBURY, Md- The Maryland State Fire Marshal says electrical wiring sparked a house fire in Salisbury.

Firefighters responded to the call just after 1 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Priscilla Street. Authorities said the fire started in a concealed space of the kitchen wall behind the stove and was discovered by the home's occupants.

It took 15 firefighters from all three Salisbury fire stations about 20 minutes to get control over the blaze.

The fire caused an estimated $20,000 in damage to the home. There were no reported injuries.
