COLLEGE PARK, Md.- The streaking Terps (14-1, 2-0 ACC) are eyeing their 13th straight win against Syracuse (12-4, 1-2). This will be the first match up between the two teams since 1994. The Terps are top 10 in the country in scoring offense (85.7), field goal percentage (48.3%), scoring margin (+28.9) and assists (20.4).

The Terrapins are coming off a big win over Wake Forest who they defeated 76-49 last Thursday. Syracuse is coming off a win of their own over Georgia Tech (76-70).

The Terps are top 10 in the country in scoring offense (85.7), field goal percentage (48.3%), scoring margin (+28.9) and assists (20.4). Their standout freshman and proven senior play has put Maryland in a great position in the home stretch of the season.

Terps freshman standout guard Shatori Walker- Kimbrough will have a big impact. The Pennsylvania native finished 2013 with a bang being named the ACC Rookie of the Week.

Senior Alyssa Thomas will also play a big role in Thursday's contest. She has 13 double-doubles (two triple-doubles) in 15 games. Coach Brenda Frese said, "Alyssa will go down as one of the greatest to ever play at Maryland. She's put up numbers and made moves that others can only dream about."

The game will be broadcasted on ESPN 3 and the first 1,000 fans will receive free orange juice.
