Body Found on Golf Course Shows Hypothermia Signs

ARNOLD, Md. (AP) - Anne Arundel County police say an autopsy for a woman found dead on a snowy golf course shows signs of hypothermia.

Police say there's no indication so far that anyone else played a role in the death of 49-year-old Diana Kapnistos Hester of Arnold. The official cause of death is pending while investigators await toxicology results.

A man walking his dog Wednesday morning found Hester's body near the 15th hole tee box at Bay Hills Golf Club, a few blocks from Hester's home.

Kimberly Scott, a family friend, says Hester, a self-employed accountant, was known for late-night walks. Scott says Hester went out to watch children sledding at the golf course and appears to have "stayed out too late."
