DOVER, Del.- Police are searching for a man accused of breaking into a Dover apartment and stealing women's clothing and electronics.

Dover police said that on Friday, 20-year-old Khalil Hanzer kicked in the front door of the victim's apartment, located on South Governors Avenue, and caused damage to the lock and jamb. Once inside, police said Hanzer ransacked the victim's bedroom and removed a significant amount of women's clothing and footwear, along with a 60-inch Vizio television and an Xbox 360 gaming console.

Police said Hanzer was observed by a neighbor removing the items from the apartment, and placing them inside a gray-colored minivan.

Anyone with information as to Hanzer's whereabouts should contact the Dover Police Department at (302) 736-7111. Tips may also be submitted anonymously to Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333 or online at http://delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.
