SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man was arrested for attacking a victim with a taser.

It happened Jan. 26 at 12:33 p.m. in the 300 block of Glen Ave.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office charged Jay Scott Burrows, 30, with first-degree assault and reckless endangerment.

The victim in the case claimed he and Burrows were drinking alcohol in the parking lot of the apartment complex when Burrows attacked him unprovoked, according to the Sheriff's office. The victim said Burrows threatened to kill him, shocked him with a taser, and kicked him in the abdomen.
