Power Restored to Thousands of Delmarva Power Customers Affected by Outage

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md.- Power has been restored to more than 5,400 Delmarva Power customers who lost power on Salisbury's west side, as well as the Tyaskin and Quantico area, according to utility spokesman Matt Likovich.

Power went out at 6:23 a.m. Thursday and was restored at 7:46 a.m., Likovich said.

The outage was caused by a problem with a transmission line feeding a substation on Pemberton Drive.
