Many school districts across Delmarva have lost several days of school due to winter weather. Makeup days are either planned or are in the process of being planned. So far, WBOC has gathered the following school makeup days information from districts that have responded to our requests:

Delaware

Laurel: The district is continuing to discuss its plan, since it is still in the winter months. The district will not have a definite plan until the first week of March.

Seaford: The district is not over its allotted time for snow days.

Milford: The district had eight snow days mixed in, and it has used six so far. It still has two days left until it has to plan.

Polytech: The district is having a meeting about snow plans on Thursday.

Lake Forest: Has reached its snow day limit.

Caesar Rodney: The district has missed five days. So far it has to make up one day. The district's plan as of now is to request three days of forgiveness from the State Board of Education.

Maryland

Wicomico County: No plan yet, but so far there are five days that need to be made up.

Somerset County: No plan yet.

Virginia:

Accomack County: Will be going to school on President's Day and its last day of school is June 17.
