Cape May-Lewes Ferry Cancels Mid-Day Departures

CAPE MAY, N.J.- Due to weather conditions, Cape May - Lewes Ferry officials have canceled  Thursday's mid-day departures, including the 11 a.m. departure from Cape May, N.J., and the 12:45 p.m. vessel leaving Lewes, Del.  The Port Captain is continuing to monitor the weather and Delaware Bay conditions. 

Should conditions permit, the ferry will operate the 2:30 p.m. departure from Cape May and 4:15 p.m. departure from Lewes as scheduled.

Travelers who plan to use the ferry are urged to call the Cape May–Lewes Ferry Guest Services Center at 800 64 FERRY (800.643.3779).
