DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware prosecutors have decided not to pursue charges against a former airman at Dover Air Force Base accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a 4-year-old boy.

Jesus Munoz was arrested last July in Florida, where he was stationed at the time, and extradited to Delaware, where he was charged with two counts of rape and 52 counts of unlawful sexual contact.

But officials with the attorney general's office say that after a thorough review of all of the evidence, they decided they could not move forward with the prosecution. All of the charges against Munoz were dismissed late last month.

Authorities had said earlier that the alleged victim told a relative that Munoz began molesting him in 2007, when he was 4 years old.
