ASHBURN, Va. (AP)- A person familiar with the agreement says DeAngelo Hall agreed Tuesday to a four-year deal to stay with the Washington Redskins.

The person said the contract will be worth $4 million to $5 million per year. The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not announced the deal.

The deal keeps the 30-year-old cornerback in Washington, where he has played the past six seasons.

Hall had four interceptions last season, including two returned for touchdowns. He played the season on a one-year contract, having taken a pay cut so the Redskins could fit him under the salary cap.

Hall has 43 career interceptions over 10 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, Oakland Raiders and Redskins.
