BOSTON, Mass. -- University of Delaware men's basketball senior guard Devon Saddler was named to the 2014 Lou Henson Mid-Major All-America Team and is a finalist for the Mid-Major Player of the Year award, it was announced Monday.

Saddler recently wrapped up an outstanding four-year career at UD in which the Aberdeen, Md. native set a school record by scoring 2,222 points, the third highest total among all current Division I players.

In addition to his points total, Saddler also ended his career as Delaware's career leader with 124 games played, 1,749 field goal attempts, 534 free throws made, 713 free throws attempted, and 4,456 minutes played.
