Two Men Arrested for Harrington Fight

HARRINGTON., Del.- Harrington police arrested two men wanted on charges in connection with a fight that occurred late last month.

Quantez Harris, 18, of Milford and Elliot S. Outten, 18, of Camden turned themselves in to the Harrington Police Department. Both are charged with third-degree conspiracy, criminal mischief under $1,000, disorderly conduct and third-degree trespass. Police said these charges are a result of a fight that occurred in the city on March 28.

Both were processed at the Harrington Police Department and arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 2. Harris was released on $1,750 unsecured bond. Outten was released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
