Specialty Dog Show Returns to WY&CC

SALISBURY, Md- Hundreds of poodles and poodle owners will be coming to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center for the 82nd Annual Poodle Club of America National Specialty Dog Show April 20-25.

The week-long show will feature all varieties of poodles, including toy, miniature and standard. The show will be open to the public free of charge. The arena inside of the Civic Center will be laid with sod and decorated with flower arrangements. There will be shopping available in the Midway Room. The parking lot at the rear of the building will be available for campers using tents or RVs and will be equipped with electric hookups.

A section of Glen Avenue will be closed beginning Monday, April 21 at 7am and will reopen Friday, April 25 at 7pm. The road closure will allow for the participants and spectators to safely cross to the Civic Center.
