Man Sought in Use of Stolen Debit Card

DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police are asking the public's help in identifying a man accused of using a stolen debit card to make a purchase at a Dover liquor store.

Police said the investigation got under way Sunday, April 6, when the victim, a 48-year-old Little Creek man, reported that his wallet was stolen sometime that day, likely in the Dover area. Troopers investigating the theft discovered the wallet was used on April 7 at a Dover liquor store. Investigators have provided a surveillance photograph of the person who used the card. He is described as white, 40-55 years of age, approximately 5-foot-10, average build and with shoulder-length hair.
 
Anyone with information about the suspect's identity is asked to contact the Troop 3 Financial Crimes Unit  at (302) 741-2808.
