MAUMEE, Ohio, May 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (NasdaqGS: ANDE) today announced a third quarter 2014 cash dividend of 11 cents ($0.11) per share payable July 22, 2014, to shareholders of record on July 1, 2014.
