Man Injured After Harrington Drive-by Shooting

HARRINGTON, Del.- Delaware State Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that left a 34-year-old man injured in Harrington.
 
Troopers said the incident happened shortly before 1 a.m. Monday at a home on the 2000 block of Bloomfield Drive. Police said the initial investigation indicates several shots were fired at the home from a vehicle. A 34-year-old man inside the home suffered a gunshot wound to the upper body, police said. The victim was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital and admitted for treatment for his injury.
