Arriving troopers discovered that a 19-year-old victim had been shot twice in the lower portion of his upper torso. He was transported by EMS to a local hospital where he was treated for the non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Several houses in the area sustained damage from the gunfire, although there were no other reports of injuries.  Detectives have been unable to gather any suspect information from the victim other than two males dressed in all black.
