OCEAN CITY, Md.-Maryland State Police are investigating a fight they said happened shortly after getting calls about a large party involving drugs and under-age drinking in Ocean City.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. Thursday morning at 10320 Golf Course Road.

Police said the party had more than 35 people involving under age possession of alcohol and consumption of alcohol.

Authorities said three people were taken to Atlantic General Hospital, two of them due to being unconscious from alcohol consumption and one other from injuries sustained in the assault. Police said the victim of the assault refused to cooperate with the investigation.

The investigation revealed that the homeowner, 55-year-old Kathy Devenny was having a graduation party for her son and the party got out of control.

Authorities said that a consensual search of the residence identified 16 juveniles' possessing and consuming alcoholic beverages.

Devenny, her son and daughter were found to be in possession of several items of drug paraphernalia including marijuana.

Troopers will be charging all individuals involved as the investigation continues.
