Salisbury Woman Arrested After Fight Over Car

SALISBURY, Md.- Wicomico County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a woman accused of assaulting a man during a dispute over a car.

Karen Tyeisha Marshall, 37, of Salisbury, is charged with second-degree assault in connection with Saturday night’s incident on West Road.

Shortly before 10 p.m. an angered Marshall punched the victim in the face after he drove her car while under the influence, according to Capt. Babe Wilson of the Sheriff’s Office. The victim suffered bleeding and swelling to his face, Wilson told WBOC.

Following her arrest on the aforementioned charge, Marshall was ordered held on $5,000 bond.

The victim was arrested for an outstanding warrant through the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, authorities said.
