Four Days of Music at the Firefly Music Festival

DOVER, Del- The Delaware Department of Transportation invites guests to the Firefly Music Festival, four days of music at the Dover International Speedway. The event is scheduled for June 19-June 22.

Although traffic specialists and DelDOT will be working to monitor the flow of traffic, officials said drivers should still expect heavy traffic and unexpected backups.

Traffic will also be monitored in the vicinity of Dover to ensure safe travel. Leipsic and Persimmon Tree roads will be closed from 10 a.m. June 19 until Sunday evening, June 22. Roads will be reopened upon the festival’s conclusion.
