Princess Anne House Fire Sends Firefighter to Hospital
PRINCESS ANNE, Md.- Multiple fire crews responded to a massive house fire near Princess Anne that started around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Crews tell WBOC-TV the fire started in the shed near the two-story home in the 12,000 block of Ebby Road in Somerset County. The house is reported to be a total loss.
The Princess Anne Fire Chief says no major injuries were reported, but seven firefighters had to be treated on the scene for heat exhaustion. One firefighter was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center as a precaution after the fire.
The fire chief says they are still working to determine what caused the fire.
