On Thursday, a Wicomico County Circuit Court judge gave 24-year-old Kevin J. White Jr. life suspend all but 35 years imprisonment. Upon completion of his stencing, he will be supervised for the remainder of his life as a high-risk sexual offender and sexually violent predator. In April, White pleaded guilty to attempted first-degree rape and first-degree sexual offense, according to the Wicomico County State's Attorney's Office.

Sentencing had previously been deferred for a mental health investigation, and pre-sentencing investigation, the State's Attorney's Office said.
