Princess Anne Police Arrest Man for DUI, Disorderly Conduct

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Police arrested a man for driving under the influence and disorderly conduct in Princess Anne after a traffic stop on Somerset Avenue, according to the Princess Anne Police Department.

Stevie Lamont Jackson, 47, of Salisbury,was driving when officers pulled him over for swerving into the middle lane, Capt. Tim Bozman of the Princess Anne Police Department says.

Authorities charged Jackson with driving under the influence, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, failure to obey lawful order and destruction of property under $1,000.

Jackson also received property destruction charges for destroying police equipment during the arrest, Bozman said.

Jackson was ordered held in the Somerset County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.
