Suspects Sought in Dover Stabbing

DOVER, Del.- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects wanted for attempted murder following a large fight in Dover.

Dover police said officers responded to the unit block of South New Street at around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, after receiving a call about a fight involving approximately 20 people.

Officers said that upon arrival they were directed to a 20-year-old victim who had sustained multiple knife wounds to the chest. Police said the victim was rushed to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for life saving surgery, and is now listed in critical, but stable condition.

According to police, Shaquille Bolden, 19, of Dover and Kinon Teat, 18, of Felton, were identified as the assailants in the knife attack following an investigation.

Police said warrants have been obtained for the suspects, who are both wanted on charges of attempted first-degree murder, possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited, first-degree conspiracy and possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony.

Officers are still trying to determine what led up to the fight.
