LAUREL, Del. – Police arrested two suspects and are looking for four more after they threatened restaurant employees with a handgun Sunday evening, according to the Delaware State Police.

Authorities say they arrested and charged Henry A. Larios-Quiroz, 22, of Seaford, Del., and his brother, Wilson Larios-Quiroz, 20, of Brideville, Del., with attempted robbery and other numerous charges.

DSP say the two men and four other suspects entered Tacos Chabelita on Sussex Highway and ordered alcohol, according to officials. Employees refused to serve them because he couldn’t show an I.D.

According to Police, the elder brother then displayed a gun to a male and female employee before walking out and fleeing in a car with his sibling, police say. The workers and multiple patrons called emergency responders after witnessing the incident.

Authorities sent out a bulletin and the Laurel Police Department stopped the two men, according to officials. Police found a CO2 pellet gun inside the car.

The suspects did not injure anyone in the incident.

Police say they are holding Larios-Quiroz and his younger brother at the Sussex Correctional Center on $57,952 bond and $15,600 bond respectively.

Anyone with information on the other four suspects should contact Tfc. P. Schlimer at 302-337-1090 ext. 326 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-333 or www.tipsubmit.com.
