Salisbury Police Search for Fraud Suspects

SALISBURY, Md. - The Salisbury Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in identifying two fraud suspects.

Police say Saturday afternoon, officers responded to Walmart located on Salisbury Blvd. in reference to a fraud. Investigators say they determined the suspects purchased various high value items from the store using counterfeit U.S. currency, and then returned the items in order to receive cash. Police say the suspects then fled the store in a silver vehicle that police believe was a Dodge Charger.

Police say the two suspects are described as African American males, one last seen wearing a black baseball hat and a white tank top, the other last seen wearing a black shirt with khaki-colored pants.
Anyone with information on the identity of these individuals is asked to contact the Salisbury Police Department at 410-548-3165 or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776. Crime Solvers will pay up to $1,000 for tips that lead to arrest.
