OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) - Ocean City Police have charged three men with robbing a municipal bus driver in Ocean City.  Police say it happened near Worcester Street and Baltimore Avenue on June 14.

Officers say three men got on the bus and got into an argument with the driver. Police say the men assaulted the driver and robbed him of bus tickets.

The driver was treated on the scene by Ocean City EMS and then taken to Atlantic General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Police say three men were indicted in the crime last month and arrested in York, Pennsylvania, where they live. Nineteen-year-old Marquez Ellis, 18-year-old Josiah Mincer III and 18-year-old Jaleel Henderson are all charged with armed robbery.

Authorities say Mincer has been extradited to Maryland and is at the Worcester County Jail.  Henderson and Ellis are awaiting extradition.

The location of a new waterfront hotel that recently broke ground in Ocean City is raising some eyebrows with neighbors in the downtown area.

The Cambria Hotel is being built in the vacant lot that sits just north of the Route 50 drawbridge, meaning it will be one of the first things drivers see headed into town.

Brian Plimack, who lives just behind the development, said the hotel is too much of a drastic change to the town's skyline.
