DOVER, Del.- Dover Police said Wednesday that a woman wanted on numerous charges stemming from thefts of cash and credit cards belonging to her grandmother, has turned herself in. Jennifer Bell, 42, turned herself in to the Dover Police Department early Tuesday afternoon and was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7.  She was released on $4,500 unsecured bond.

Police said Bell took her grandmother's ATM card and used it to withdraw $1800 in cash from Dover area ATMs over the course of several days without the victim's consent, according to police. The victim notified police as soon as she noticed the withdrawals, investigators said.

According to police, Bell allegedly confessed the theft to her grandmother. Police said that during the investigation, officers also discovered that Bell and her boyfriend, Bradley Zahner, made numerous purchases from Lowe's in Dover totaling more than $1,300 using the victim's Lowe's Visa card. Police said the victim had given Zahner her Lowe's card to make purchases for a landscaping job she had asked him to complete.

Zahner has turned himself in to the Dover Police Department and accepted a plea deal on the case, according to authorities.
