DOVER, Del.- Dover police say officers arrested a man with 133 bags of heroin during a traffic stop on Monday afternoon.

Officers with the department's Safe Streets Unit stopped a black Jeep Cherokee near North State Street and Lepore Road at 12:06 p.m. for a moving violation. They said they found that the driver, Tony McClain, 32, had a suspended license. Police said that during the stop, McClain originally gave officers his brother's name and personal information. Officers said they were quickly able to tell that McClain was lying and arrested him for criminal impersonation.

Officers said when searched McClain, they discovered a large plastic bag full of heroin in his pants. The total weight of the heroin was 1.995 grams, classifying the amount as a Tier 1 Quantity, according to investigators.

McClain was charged with possession of a controlled substance with aggravating factor, possession with intent to deliver heroin, criminal impersonation, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic charges. McClain is being held in Dover on $22,000 unsecured bond.
