Florham Park, NJ (PRWEB) August 21, 2014

Philosophy IB, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in helping clients Work Better, announced today that it will offer its Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program in partnership with Rutgers University this September. According to Kaveh Naficy, a Founding Partner at Philosophy IB and leader of the firms coaching practice, Were delighted to partner with Rutgers University to offer this uniquely focused coaching certification program. Its a testament to the programs quality and value, and it expands the reach of the program.

The offering of the 132-hour program with Rutgers begins on Sept. 30th and will meet monthly through December. It serves two primary audiences experienced managers at organizations seeking to expand in-house coaching services and individuals seeking to offer coaching on a consulting basis. The program is offered on an open-enrollment basis, and applicants can submit their qualifications and learn more about program structure and content at http://www.philosophyib.com/leadershipcoaching.

Philosophy IB established the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program in 2010. The program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), is designed for students who wish to develop and apply executive coaching skills in business and other organizational settings. The programs unique focus on leadership coaching within an organizational context has attracted many professionals looking to make an impact on their own selves as leaders as well as those seeking to assist leaders. Graduates of the highly-participatory program gain a professional certificate and meet the education requirements needed to apply for one of two credentials offered through the ICF: Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). The program is being offered for the first time this fall in partnership with Rutgers Universitys Division of Continuing Studies.

A recent graduate, Jeff Hurwitz, Founder & Principal of CoreChoice and former General Counsel at D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) strongly recommends the active learning and problem-solving focus of the program. I was attracted to this particular program for a number of reasons, but I thought it would equip me with deeper skills to work with management teams as they wrestle with real-world problems, Hurwitz said. I came with high expectations, and not only did it meet them, it exceeded them. Its been an extraordinary program, run by an extraordinary group of people. I feel so much better equipped to be a coach now and apply these skills to serve others well. I couldnt give a stronger recommendation to the program.
