QUEEN ANNE, Md.- An early morning head-on collision leaves nine people injured, including five kids in Talbot County.

Maryland State Police said the accident happened around 5:45 this morning at Route 404 at Church Lane in Queen Anne.

Watkins was transporting 34-year-old Rasheed Robinson of Greensboro, Md. Police said both of them had to be flown to a hospital.

No word on the current state of their conditions.

Route 404 was shut down for one hour as first responders from Talbot, Queen Anne and Caroline Counties provided assistance at the scene.
