Body Found in Search for Missing Pocomoke Man

POCOMOKE CITY, Md.- The Worcester County Bureau of Investigation believes they have found the body of missing 81-year-old George Orell less than a mile from his home in the area of the Pocomoke Beltway and Cedar Hall Road. 
    
Police say Orell was last seen Monday, August 18 at approximately 7:00 a.m walking towards the mailbox of the home where he lived on the 1400 block of Cedar Hall Road in Pocomoke. 

The man who he lived with, Joesph Waters, said Orell has been medically evaluated and diagnosed with Dementia and hallucinates often. 

The Worcester County Bureau of Investigation had an organized line/grid search planned for Tuesday, August 26, with a command post set up outside Pocomoke High School  Numerous search managers and members of search teams from the Natural Resource Police, Maryland State Police, Worcester County Sheriff's Office, Pocomoke Police and volunteer search and rescue searched in the area that George Orell went missing.

Police say his body was turned over the medical examiner, but no foul play is suspected.
