Dover Woman Wanted for Forgery, Impersonation

DOVER, Del.– Dover police are looking for a 23-year-old woman wanted for forgery and criminal impersonation.

Police said Betty D. Henry, of Dover, claimed to be another person after she was arrested for shoplifting on Aug. 18.

According to police, Henry claimed to be a woman by the name of Danae Powell and gave her personal information to the officer making the arrest.

During the investigation, police said they learned Henry used Powell's name and information because she had many capias' for her arrest from Delaware courts, in addition to another criminal warrant from Dover police charging her with second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation and shoplifting.
