Two Charged After Hurlock Traffic Stop

HURLOCK, Md.Two Seaford, Del. residents are facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop in Hurlock.

The arrests were made on Wednesday, Sept. 3 after Hurlock police stopped a vehicle in reference to a traffic violation on Miners Road.

Police said driver, 34-year-old Cynthia Grimes was found to be driving without a valid license, and upon further investigation and search of vehicle, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin and driving on a revoked license. Grimes was released by a court commissioner pending trial.

Twenty-eight-year-old passenger Lisa McMillan was issued a criminal citation for possession of marijuana and released.
