Two Delaware Teens Hurt in Hit and Run

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police said two teenagers are critically injured after they were struck by an SUV while riding motorcycles.

Police said the collision occurred about 4 p.m. Sunday at A and Townsend streets. The two teens were ejected from their dirt bikes in the crash and suffered serious injuries. Police said the SUV fled the scene and has not been found.

Investigators said the SUV was a black or dark blue Chevrolet Tahoe or GMC Yukon. Police said it likely has damage on the front right side. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the hit-and-run crash to come forward with information.
