$20K in Damage Estimated After Chestertown Restaurant Break-in

CHESTERTOWN, Md.- The Queen Anne's County Sheriffs Office continues to investigate a break-in at Roma Pizza in Chestertown. 

Investigators said that on Sept. 13, the owner of Roma Pizza on Church Hill Road reported that the power had been turned off. When he turned the power back on, he realized that water was flooding the business. A closer look revealed that sections of pipe had been removed. The water damage is estimated at approximately $20,000.

Investigators did not provide any suspect information. Anyone with additional information about this incident is asked to call the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office at (410) 758-0770.
