MSP Investigate Single-Vehicle Accident in Dorchester Co.

HURLOCK, Md. - Maryland State Police are investigating an accident that happened on September 27 in Dorchester County.

Police say around 3:52 a.m. on September 27, troopers were dispatched to 4814 East New Market-Rhodesdale Road in reference to a single-vehicle accident. Upon investigation, police say 26-year-old Jeremy Conrad Knode, of Rhodesdale, Md., was driving southbound on Route 331 when he veered to the left and went off the side of the roadway. Police say the vehicle then struck a ditch and utility pole before overturning.

Police say Knode was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center by Dorchester County Paramedics with unknown injuries.

Police say charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
