On October 5th, at 11:12 a.m., Maryland State Police say they responded to a single vehicle crash at Rt. 33 at Pendleton Farms Lane. Police say a 1997 Oldsmobile, driven by 29-year-old Rebecca Marie Bosley, of Federalsburg, crashed into a utility pole causing a small fire in the grass.

Police say Bosley refused treatment at the scene. They also say she failed a field sobriety test and was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Negligence.
