Three Teens Arrested After Fight in Harrington

HARRINGTON, Del.- Harrington police say they arrested three teenagers after a fight at the Diamond Court Apartments.

According to police, officers responded after reports of a fight in progress on Oct. 11. When officers arrived, the fight was over and the juveniles had dispersed.

Police said they later received a call from Kent General Hospital for a report of an assault. Officers said the victim was assaulted during the fight at Diamond Court.

During the investigation, police identified three suspects: a 17-year-old female from Felton, a 17-year-old female from Magnolia and a 16-year-old female from Harrington.

Police issued warrants for all three suspects on Oct. 16, and they later turned themselves in to Harrington police.

Police said the 17-year-old from Felton was charged with disorderly conduct and offensive touching. Police charged the other two suspects with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

The three teens were processed and released to their parents pending future court appearances in Kent County Family Court.
