Two Arrested In Thefts At Queenstown Recycling Center

Posted:
QUEENSTOWN, MD - Two Denton residents have been arrested on charges of stealing from RB Baker and Sons Recycling Center in Queenstown.  Darrell Timms, 30, of Denton and Andrea Fauver, 21, also of Denton were observed by police of loading compressed biscuits of aluminum cans into a grees Suzuki Vitara SUV. Sheriff's deputies say while Timms was loading, Fauver acted as a lookout. Deputies then moved in and arrested both suspects.

Over several nights, police say the pair stole approximately 3600 pounds of aluminum metal which equates to over 180,000 aluminum cans.

Both subjects were taken into custody without incident and transported to Sheriff's Headquarters for processing. A check with pawn records data base has tied the two to earlier thefts. A District Court Commissioner later released Fauver on her personal recognizance, and Timms was released after posting $10,000 bond.
