WILMINGTON, De. – Delaware State Police have arrested a man following a brief pursuit where he was found to be in possession of a handgun and driving under the influence.

Biddle was arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Felony, Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana, and Criminal Mischief among other charges.
