Wesley Professor To Edit Science Journal

 DOVER, DE (Dec. 19)-- Wesley College Professor of Chemistry, Dr. Malcolm J. D'Souza, was recently invited to guest edit a special issue of the peer-reviewed International Journal of Molecular Sciences (IJMS), covering solution chemical kinetics. The publication is an open-access (free for readers) journal that provides an advanced forum for chemistry, molecular physics and molecular biology research.

Published online monthly by the Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute, IJMS has high visibility in the Science Citation Index Expanded and MEDLINE databases. In 2014 alone, the journal has published more than 23,000 pages of content and a reached a new high in number of papers published (40,000).

In addition to guest editing for IJMS, D'Souza also serves as a member of the editorial board in the area of inorganic chemistry for the Scientific World Journal. Like IJMS, this publication is peer-reviewed and open-access, while covering a wide range of topics in subjects such as science, technology and medicine. Part of the Hindawi Publishing Company, Scientific World Journal is available online (www.hindawi.com/journals/tswj) only and new articles are published as they are accepted.

The inorganic chemistry review board has more than 100 members from institutions all around the world, with countries including the United States, Italy, Spain, France, Japan and Germany represented.
