WILMINGTON, Del. (AP)- The president of Chile is paying a visit this week to Delaware, a major entry point for shipments of fruit from the South American county.
Gov. Jack Markell was to welcome Chilean President Michelle Bachelet on Tuesday at the Port of Wilmington.
Cabinet officials, members of Delaware's congressional delegation and representatives of Delaware's business community also were scheduled to be on hand for the event.
