Police Investigate a Robbery in Dagsboro

DAGSBORO, Del. – Troopers are investigating a home invasion in Dagsboro.

Police say it happened on Jan. 23 around 11:15 p.m. on at the 30000 block of Piney Neck Road.

According to police, the 26-year-old female victim arrived home from work, parked in her driveway, and was confronted by three black male suspects as she got out of her car.

Police say the victim was forced to the ground and one of the suspects displayed a handgun. Troopers say two of the suspects then forced her into the home and demanded money. The victim gave one of the suspects an undisclosed amount of money, police report. According to police, all three suspects then fled in an unknown direction.

The victim was not injured during the encounter.

Troopers say there were no other physical or clothing descriptions provided for the three suspects, other than they were wearing masks.
