Update: Md School Deemed Safe after Bomb Threat, Students Return

 WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) - School officials say Winters Mill High School students are returning to campus after police determined the area was safe following an early morning bomb threat.

    

Students were evacuated and taken to nearby Cranberry Station Elementary following a bomb threat received Wednesday morning.

    

Carroll County police say no threat or danger was detected at the school after a thorough search of the campus.
