Astronomy Night Scheduled at NASA Visitor Center February 6

 WALLOPS ISLAND, Va.- The NASA Wallops Flight Facility Visitor Center is hosting an Astronomy Night on Friday, Feb. 6.

Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, will be visible along with a nearly full moon.

From 7 to 9 p.m., there will be an astronomy presentation and telescope viewing with children's activities available throughout the evening.

The Delmarva Space Sciences Foundation will be on-site to provide expertise and telescope views of Jupiter, the moon and other cosmic neighbors like the Great Orion Nebula in the Orion Constellation.

The event is free and open to the public.
