DSP Search for 3 Wanted Sex Offenders

DOVER AND WYOMING, Del.- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is looking for three sex offenders who failed to re-register or verify their status as required by law.

The Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is looking for:

-Deangelo Hoskins, 46 years old, Wyoming, Del. Police say he is a medium risk, Tier 2 sex offender who failed to provide verification of his status as required by law. Hoskins is 5'09” and weighs 165 pounds.
-Michael Bryant, 27 years old, Dover, Del. Police say he is a medium risk, Tier 2 sex offender who failed to provide verification of his status as required by law. Bryant is 5'07” and weighs 160 pounds.
-Josh T. Waples, 36 years old, Homeless in Dover area. Police say he is a high risk, Tier 3 sex offender who failed to provide verification of his homeless status as required by law. Waples is 5'09” and weighs 160 pounds.

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of Hoskins, Bryant, and Waples to call 302-672-5306. Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."
