Cape May Ferry Breaks Through Ice

Cape May, NJ- Cape May-Lewes Ferry officials announced that the New Jersey ferry vessel and tug operations were successful in breaking through the ice in the Cape May Canal and Delaware Bay. The ferry will operate a normal three round-trip schedule for Sunday, Feb. 22. 


Travel was halted for three days due to continued significant ice accumulations in the water. Officials announced Saturday morning that the Ferry would not run that day.
