Wanted Camden Man Arrested By Harrington Police

HARRINGTON, Del.- Harrington police have arrested a man who was wanted for allegedly failing to appear to a hearing for child support on Feb. 23.

At approximately 12:54 a.m. Keith E. Penawell, 36, was observed by patrol officers leaving an abandoned house in a vehicle, police said. The officers pulled Penawell over and learned he was at the home for snow removal. According to investigators, a computer check was conducted on Penawell and the arresting officers discovered he had an arrest warrant out of Sussex County Family Court. Police took Penawell into custody.

Penawell was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $13,200 cash only bail. He was also issued traffic summons for failure to answer summons and no license in possession.
